This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information we obtain through your use of fitkinship.com, applications and other services (“Services”) that are operated or controlled by Ryde Cayman Limited (collectively, “we,” “us” or “our”).

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

To participate in this event, you will need to create an account. When you create an account, we ask you to provide your first and last name, your email address and your phone number.

If you sign up with for an event promoted by this website, or make a purchase or donation, we collect your payment method and your billing address and any other information you provide to us.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you access this website, we automatically collect information about you, including (i) the type of browser you use, app version, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to fitkinship.com, (ii) information about the computer or mobile device you use to access fitkinship.com, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information and (iii) Information collected by technologies to collect information, including cookies, web beacons, and software development kits or SDKs.

USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. We do not share your email address with other users without your consent.

We do not share your information outside of Ryde and the Ryde community except (i) with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, (ii) In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet law enforcement requirements and (iii) If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Ryde or others.

We may also share aggregated information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

DATA RETENTION

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Ryde is based in the Cayman Islands and we process and store information in the Cayman Islands, the United States and India. However, data communications between Cayman and India may pass through other countries.
